IHS Replace HVAC System Phase IIISells, AZ
This project is located at the Sells Indian Health Service Hospital located on the Tohono O'Odham Indian Reservation, Sells, AZ, approximately 60 miles southwest of Tucson, AZ. The hospital is a 34-bed health care facility which operates 24 hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. The building will be occupied during work. The major equipment items that are required by this project are two new chillers, two new boilers, and a new generator. The project will remove a cooling tower, boiler and absorber. Demolition of existing plumbing, ductwork, and electrical will be required as part of this project. In conjunction with the demolition is some asbestos abatement of pipe insulation. The placement of new ductwork, piping, and electrical will be required to make this project fully functional as drawn in the plans.
