Renovate SCIF at AATC Bldg. 10-162nd AANG-Tucson, AZ
Scope of work:
The project site is for the 162nd Air National Guard Base located at 1500 East Valencia Road, Tucson, Arizona. The intent of this project is to extend the secure area within Building 10. The facility will be designed in accordance with JFAN 6/9 "Special Access Program Facilities". Modifications to the existing partition layout of the area selected to extend the secure area are minimal. Demolition will include removing the east wall of room 201 DTT/OT office, removal of door and partition located within in Corridor 198, relocation of door 165 in Maint. Debrief to allow for new man trap in Corridor 160. An additional door and partition will be constructed in Corridor 160 to create the secure entry. A partition will be constructed at the south end of Corridor 197. A new door and partition will be constructed at the north end or corridor 197.
WAGE RATES: Currently, General Decision Number AZ100001 08/06/10 AZ1 is applicable for this project per the AANG specs. However, it is noted in the specs that the current prevailing Wage Determination will be incorporated at time of award.
