The project is a remodel of the existing emergency department to a new interior layout configuration of the same function. The remodel is approximately 1,400 S.F. in area and consists of adding/removing interior walls, adding an exterior vestibule enclosure under the existing carport area, adding/removing plumbing, mechanical, electrical fixtures and casework. Remodel work is non-structural and occupancy /use remains unchanged.
