Brief Project Description:
The project involved a complete interior demolition and interior/exterior renovation of an existing storage building and audiovisual center at the Air National Guard for the purpose of building a new dining hall. The building structure is 58 years old and has had several additions built. This renovation project included the following: site utilities, roofing, concrete, masonry, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler & dry halogen suppression system, new commercial kitchen, audio visual studios and photography labs and dark rooms, paint patching, new ceilings, floors and carpets.
