Sells Modular Offices, Sells AZ
Scope of work:
This project involves the construction of two (2) new office modular. Building 656M will be a “three-wide” at 36’ by 60’, and Building 655M will be a “four-wide” at 48’ by 60’. The combined floor space of 5040 SF will include a total of 12 private offices and 15 workspaces, and each modular will have a break/kitchenette area, a file/copy area, and ADA-compliant restrooms.
However, office furniture and cubicle partitions will NOT be a part of this contract.
Demolition of existing modular will NOT be part of this contract.
Existing water, wastewater, and IT/telephone lines will be utilized, but a new electric service, pole, panels, electrical meters, and IT/telephone panels will be required for each building. The onsite utilities have ample capacity to support the new modular, but connections to these utilities shall be provided by the Contractor.
Finally, the Contractor shall construct fifteen (15) parking spots, with each spot measuring 20’ in length, 9.5’ centerline to centerline.
